SAFETY is the foundation stone of Leopad Group. It begins with a detailed safety program, qualified trained personnel, commitment, implementation and follow-through.
Safety Programs are implemented to ensure all workforce at site are trained and competent for Safety, Health and Environment besides being competent technically in completing of the work. For the lower skill workers, competency requirements are being developed of which training schedule are planned in order for jobs undertaken can be evaluated accordingly.
In implementing a Safety, Health and Environment culture, the management continuous outreach to the workforce to reinforce the lessons learned in the training as well as provides two way communication between the management and employees. The programs are designed to encourage participation and ownership of the safety, health and environment performance. This is to maintain the highest safety standards through all phases of each project. Our safety record is outstanding with many safety awards given to the company in recent years.
The employees are required to adhere to our strict HSE policy. Continuous education and training is essential to our workforce to maintain the standard safety measures set by Leopad.
